I've been working with Angela in cycles for about 2 years. She has seen me through a divorce, moving house, and a career change. She has helped me with connecting to my cycles, understanding my femininity and leaning into that and even my diet changes. Angela has a really wonderful balance of being present with the flow of what was coming up for me and allowing it and simultaneously keeping a level of focus and bringing specific techniques and suggestions that were relevant to what I was bringing. She retained and referred back to earlier sessions really smoothly, which helped me to feel held. I have a real sense of Angela of having been and being on her own journey. That authenticity is massive for me; it makes it feel like support rather than 'advice from someone wiser', which gives me permission to step into my power rather than look longingly up to hers.
